What we collect
When you request a trial, order or write to us, we collect your name, email address, WhatsApp or mobile number, country, the device and app you use, and your messages. For orders we also keep the plan, the price and the payment status.
Why we collect it
To send your login, help you set up, answer your questions, confirm payments and send a small number of service emails about your trial or order (for example your login, a check that it works, or a reminder about an unpaid order). You can ask us to stop non-essential emails at any time.
Payments
Payments are made on the payment provider's secure page. We never see or store your full card number.
Who can see it
Only our support team and the service providers we need to run the site (hosting, email delivery and payment providers). We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.
Cookies and statistics
The site uses only what it needs to work, such as remembering your support chat on this device, and privacy-friendly visit statistics that do not identify you.
How long we keep it
As long as your account or trial is active, and then for the time needed for accounting and to handle any dispute, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion. Write to us through the live chat or the contact form from the email address you used.
