1. What you buy

A subscription gives you a personal login for our IPTV service for the length you choose (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and for the number of screens you choose (1 to 5 devices playing at the same time). Prices are shown in US dollars on the plans page and are confirmed on the payment page before you pay.

2. The free trial

One free 24-hour trial is available per household. It needs no payment details and simply stops at the end. A repeated request from the same person or household may be refused.

3. Your devices and apps

You watch through a player app of your choice on your own device. Those apps belong to independent developers; we do not sell, modify or support them beyond helping you add your login. Any fee for an app is between you and its developer.

4. Channels and availability

Channel lineups change over time. We work to keep the service stable, but we cannot promise that any particular channel, programme or event will always be available. Picture quality also depends on your internet connection and device.

5. Acceptable use

Your login is for your household. Sharing it publicly, reselling it or using more devices at once than your plan allows can lead to the login being suspended. Do not try to disrupt or copy the service.

6. Payment and renewal

Payment is made on a secure payment page by card, PayPal or crypto. There is no automatic renewal: when your plan ends, the login stops unless you order again.

7. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our refund terms.

8. Support

Support is provided through the live chat on the site and the contact form. We aim to answer quickly, especially during setup.

9. Independence

IPTV Ontario Pro is independent and not affiliated with any TV network, cable company, sports league or app developer mentioned on this site. See the independence notice.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; the terms that applied when you paid continue to apply to that plan.
