Are the prices in Canadian or US dollars?
US dollars. A US$79.99 yearly plan is charged as US$79.99; your card converts it to Canadian dollars at your bank's rate on the day you pay.
Do the cheaper plans have fewer channels?
No. All four lengths include the same 40,000+ live channels and 180,000+ on-demand titles. You only choose how long you pay for and how many screens watch at once.
What does "screens" mean?
The number of devices that can play at the same time. One screen is enough for one TV. For the living room TV, a bedroom TV and a phone at the same moment, choose 3 screens.
Does it renew automatically?
No. There is no automatic charge. When your plan ends, you decide whether to order again.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days if the service does not work for you and our team cannot fix it. The details are in the refund terms.
